Insurance for seniors may seem like a pointless venture, but as you have so aptly portrayed in the example above, the benefits of a policy more than outweigh the costs involved. Just keep in mind that there are many insurance companies that specialize in this type of high-risk insurance. Choose a life insurance provider that is well versed with the underwriting process involved in qualifying for such a policy and the resources to find insurance companies dealing with such specialized cases. In cases where the policy holder is ill, you could maybe opt for a final expense policy that does not demand a physical since these are small policies intended only to cover funeral expenses. Keep in mind that there is a two year waiting period, in case of a natural death before you can claim any death benefits. Another option is a single-premium policy, where you pay a lump sum premium amount upfront, which can be claimed after death.

When deciding on how much coverage you will require on your insurance policy, there are several factors you need to think of – how much will you need for funeral expenses and burial costs? Do you need to pay off any debts, mortgages and estate taxes? Do you have children whose education you have to look after or any dependents whose expenses are your responsibility? How much money do you need to look after your family in your absence? How much does your income contribute to the household finances? Once you have calculated an estimate with the professional help or by using one of the many online calculators available, you will reach a figure that will help you decide how much coverage you should opt for.

Answering all these questions will also give you a good idea about your financial priorities. Based on this and the personal decision on how much you are willing to pay for a policy, you can then make the choice between a term life insurance policy and whole life insurance. For more information on the different types of life insurance available, you can check out AccuQuote.com

One could have their engine running cleaner rather simply. This causes three positive reactions.

The first being that a clean burning engine does not clog up it’s spark plugs or cylinders with excess carbon, with a side-effect of less frequent repairs and lower maintenance costs.

The second is that a cleaner burning engine means less pollution. For example, we have a seven year old Honda Civic (non hybrid) producing ZERO HCs and ZERO CO per a California smog test. You can see the test results on our website — http://engineecology.com.

The third, and most important to the driver, is that there is a nice increase in power due to your engine actually burning most of the fuel that is being sent into it. More power is always a good thing!

You could also think of a term life insurance policy. One of the most popular type of policy today, term life insurance is a policy that can be purchased for a pre-determined term period – from as little as one year to thirty years. In the event of a death within this period, the appointed beneficiary will receive the death benefits of the policy. The annual premiums for this type of policy are inexpensive as compared to permanent life insurance rates. There are options available within this type of policy as well such as level term life insurance and Return of Premiums (ROP). This is a popular insurance option due to its affordable premiums and high death benefits. You can check out AccuQuote for more information on term life insurance.

You should also compare term life insurance quotes to find the best policy at the most affordable price. Life insurance is competitive business so prices can vary considerably from company to company. Online life insurance quotes, providers help you save time and money running around from agent to agent. Online providers represent hundreds of life insurance companies and can take your particulars to all of them and, within minutes, come up with the best options for you. You should not just look for the cheapest policy but also consider factors like the rating of a company, free riders, etc.

If you want to purchase an insurance policy later on in line there are a few options that you can consider. Choose a life insurance provider that is well versed with the underwriting process involved in qualifying for such a policy and the resources to find insurance companies dealing with such specialized cases. You could maybe opt for a final expense policy that does not demand a physical since these are small policies intended only to cover funeral expenses. Keep in mind that there is a two year waiting period, in case of a natural death before you can claim any death benefits. Another option is a single-premium policy, where you pay a lump sum premium amount upfront, which can be claimed after death.
